Luc has worked in the UK and Global music industry for many years and played an integral part in the global success of artists such as Fugees, Ms Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, Youssou N’Dour, Cypress Hill, Calvin Harris, Primal Scream, Jeff Buckley, Big Audio Dynamite, etc.... Luc's extensive experience includes holding senior executive positions at Ruffnation/Warner US, Ruffhouse, and Sony Europe/Columbia. Thereafter, Luc started Cigale Entertainment - a London-based music production and consultancy company that offers A&R and management services as well as advising on recording and publishing deals.

Currently working as a Global Music Marketing Consultant, Donna is a long-time Music Business Executive with a strong passion for artist development, specialising in global marketing and keeping close relationships with artists and managers, media, marketing promotion and sales teams, digital and physical distributors, industry bodies, tour agents and all aspects of global music campaigns.
Moving from New York to London in 1990, she started at Warner Music UK as International Marketing Manager, enjoying such campaigns as The Pretenders and The Jesus & Mary Chain, working with Geoff Travis on his Blanco Y Negro label, including Everything but The Girl and Dinosaur Jr. In 199,5 she moved to Daniel Miller’s Mute to become Director of International. A new learning experience working at an independent label on global music campaigns and building international teams via license deals to ensure the best possible situation for each campaign to succeed. Working with Mute artists such as Depeche Mode, Nick Cave, Moby, Richard Hawley and Goldfrapp.
In 2008, she moved to Laurence Bell’s Domino Recordings as VP of International, continuing to build global teams via distribution deals coupled with hiring bespoke media teams and opening offices in France and Germany. Working with Domino Recording artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Anna Calvi, The Kills and Hot Chip.
In 2018, she joined Christian Tattersfield’s Good Soldier Records as SVP Global Marketing, combining the knowledge of global licensing, direct distribution deals and global team building. With a strong focus on global streaming and bespoke radio and media plans, Good Soldier recording artists include hit projects from Freya Ridings, Gavin James, Alternative acts such as Larkins and Love, Fame Tragedy, plus various dance singles with high radio streaming and chart activities.
In 2022, Donna started working with Chrysalis Records UK on Emeli Sandé, Ben Harper, De La Soul, Marika Hackman, Bodega, Liz Lawrence and Gia Ford with campaigns running through 2024.
From July 2024 onwards, Donna went freelance, working directly with artists and labels to build international campaigns and hiring bespoke teams. Campaigns include Gia Ford (Chrysalis), Any Bell (Crown Recordings), Kingfishr (B-Unique), Dave Lofts (B-Unique), Benjamin Steer (Artist Theory), Son Mieux (Dune Management), Judith Owne (Twanky Records), Will Brown (Brownsville Productions), Hiss Golden Messenger (Chrysalis) and Fred Get's Lost (self-release).
