Cigale Entertainment is a London music production & consultancy company
that offers A&R and music management services as well as International
licensing, marketing & promotion. The company was founded in 2004
by Luc Vergier, a hands-on marketing/A&R executive with a strong
European background and wide-ranging perspectives. Over the past 25
years, Luc has played an integral part in the international success of
artists as diverse as: Fugees, Cypress Hill, Heavy D & The Boyz,
Youssou N’Dour, Primal Scream, Nas, Ricky Martin,
Jeff Buckley, Alice in Chains, Wyclef Jean & Lauryn Hill.

Luc’s experience includes positions at CBS France, heading their
alternative label Squatt (85-89), then moving to London with an
international role at MCA (91-92), switching to Sony (92-94) and then a final
role at Sony/Columbia (94-99). In ’99 Luc became President of International
with Ruffnation Records, a JV with Warner Bros until 2004, label co-owner
at Rufflife (00-03) before creating Cigale Entertainment in 2004.

In today’s somewhat fabricated, quick-buck music industry, Luc Vergier is
